Your personal data may be transferred within the data processing purposes stated above; to business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public authorities and natural persons provided that data processing is compulsory for the legitimate interests of the data controller such as our use of corporate programs and other software and services procured for business continuity and development operations.

Your personal data are collected and processed as envisioned by the Article 5 of the Law No. 6698; provided that the processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by us, provided that this processing shall not violate your fundamental rights and freedoms pursuant to the Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law.
- 5- Rights of the Data Subject
