In our journey that began in 1962 as Turkey's first brake drum manufacturer in Karabük, we have never stopped producing, learning, and growing for over 60 years. EKU has successfully become one of Turkey and Europe's largest centers for brake drum and brake disc production. As a leader in the production of reliable brake discs worldwide, EKU holds a prominent position. We are the first manufacturer in Turkey to export brake drums and brake discs to Europe and America.
EKU has gained significant expertise in brake drum and brake disc manufacturing and successfully combined this experience with the latest technology. With advanced production facilities and a total quality mindset, EKU has established itself as a recognized brand name in the automotive spare parts markets in Turkey and abroad.

As a necessity of innovation, we moved one step forward in our field by switching our factory to a fully-automated system. Today, we continue our export mission to Europe for more than 35 years and to the US for more than 20 years. We have perfected our transportation process by using our logistics experience in order to ship our products to all over the world on time and error-free. We continue to improve our service quality by making good use of our geographical advantage.

Established in Karabük in 1962 by Mr. Rahmi KÜÇÜK for heavy commercial vehicle drumbrake manufacturing.
A total of 7 continents and 100 countries have been reached with the first export to the American continent.
Became the first and only foundry to be deemed worthy of the environmental award by the Turkish Casting Manufacturers Association (TUDOKSAD).
The capacity of the processing plant increased to 2.000.000 units per year with additional investments.
100% capacity increase was achieved in disc production with full automation coreroom investments.
